Job Description

Need Freshers for the Customer Support Department

Candidates residing only in and around Arumbakkam, Chennai can apply

Trainee & Internship also can be considerable

Total Requirement : 15 candidates
• Responding to customer queries
• Responding via mail for received tickets from customers
• Solving their issues by calling to them
• Solving the technical issues with the help of IT Team
• MIS report preparation
• Database update related to FAQ, Customer Satisfaction Report
• Presenting for weely meets

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
