Business Development Executive

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully onboarding the small business entrepreneur to digitalization.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
• There will be additional performance incentives that will be applied after the training program.
• The training program will be for 3 + 3 days(On Job Training) .
• The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, capability and quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team.
• Minimum 1 - 2 year of experience in field sales or customer acquisition and Fast Learning Freshers with Good Communication Skills can also apply.

Moradabad, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Kanpur, Dehradun

Apart from salary , we also offer Very Good Commissions and incentives.

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
