Position - NOC Support

Maintaining usage reports, logs as per the business/statutory requirement
Co-ordinating with providers for Bandwdith Feasibility Co-ordinating wth providers/Venders for Invoice processing & reconciliation Should have good communications skills
Should be good in documentation specially in MS-Excel/Word
Co-ordinating with SCM for PR processing

Required Skills :

Degree/Diploma in any stream Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making Experience with MS-Office Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment.
