PROFILE - CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Process - Blended process

Qualification - Must have GRADUATION

Experience - Must have 1 year Experience in BPO OR KYC .

Salary - Up to 5 LPA

Skills - Should be fluent in English communication, (Card fraud , AML , KYC

Transaction monitoring, source of funds , experience raising SAR \ UAR , fraud alerts investigation , fraud disputes )
