Retail Sales Officer

Responsibilities & Duties :-

• Will Visit 4-5 Counters On A Daily Basis To Conduct Audits & Coaching
• Will Be Responsible For Conducting Audits Of BAs During Their Interaction With Customers; Provide Feedback And Coach On Developmental Areas
• Will Be Expected To Participate And Undergo TTTs (Train The Trainer); Refresher Sessions; Quizzes; New Launch Trainings Etc. With An Objective Of Upgrading One’s Own Product Knowledge
• Will Be Responsible To Highlight Issues Faced At The Counter In Implementation Of Skills Learnt Through Training And Have These Addressed
• Will Be Responsible To Ensure That All Bas Participate And Pass The Weekly Knowledge Quiz
• Will Be Responsible For Completing Related Reports And Submitting MI Related To The Job Role.

Academic Qualifications

Essential Desirable
Graduate In Any Discipline Degree/ Diploma In Psychology/ Training/Counselling/ HR/ BMS
Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Especially Excel
Should Have Basic Interest In Makeup Or Be Ready To Learn

Work Experience & Skills

Essential Desirable
1-2 Years Experience In Training/ Mentoring/ Coaching/Sales/ Teaching/ Retail/ Makeup Experience Or Exposure To Cosmetic /Skin Care Industry/Salon/Retail Stores Would Be An Added Advantage
Customer Service Experience Would Be Preferred.
