Sales Counselor

Job Title: Sales Counselor

Hours: Full-time

Location:Clinic in Gurgaon include ocasional business trips and patient’s home visits

Salary: Monthly INR 25,000 to 30,000

Responsibilities

This role may include, but not limited to,

i) any inbound communication and follow ups of customers through phone calls or online platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram,

ii) provide the best customer experience and counseling at the clinic or as a part of home-service,

iii) analyze sales performance, plan and implement countermeasures to achieve the team’s sales target.

In details, this position will:
• be responsible of achieving his or her sales targets though direct-to-consumers (D2C) channels
• acquire leads and contracts
• examine sales-related data, propose and implement countermeasures to hit the targets
• provide counselling to customers at the clinic or as a part of home-service
• collaborate with other teams in the company
• implement any related activities including sales, marketing and PR activities

Requirements

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in business-to-consumer sales, or in online D2C inbound sales activities
• Working experience as an inside sales representative in startup companies or healthcare related companies or clinics
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in English AND Hindi
• His/her own computer and internet access
• A certificate in P&O field is a significant advantage
• Experience in using CRM software is a plus
• Experience in marketing and PR is a plus
• Willingness and flexibility to do other tasks besides those mentioned above
