WORK TIMING: +:00AM- 6:00PM

WORK DAYS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (TUESDAY WEEK OFF)

Job Description:

· Immediate joiners.

· 2 + Years’ experience into handling INBOUND OR OUTBOUND VOICE Process

· Experienced into telemarketing any process.

· In-depth knowledge into SLA, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage

· Ability to handle team

· Effective communication and problem solving
