Responsibilities.
• Appoint new Dealers and new market Development for Company.
• Focus on complete cash and carry business.
• Prepare monthly sales plan and work plan at the beginning of every month's.
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials to Distributors and Dealers.
• Daily giving training & Motivating all ISP and GL to generate lead which results in tertiary sales.
• Suggesting Top level management regarding promotional schemes framing market strategies & Carrying out promotional Campaign and advertising of company and its products.
• Keeping track on ROI status of major Distributors.
• Coordinate with other departments (Commercial, logistics & service ) of organization.
• Giving secondary sales Support to major Distributors of the Organization.
• Providing the POP Materials to the dealers and Distributors timely.
