Position: Sales Manager/Sr.Sales Manager /Agency Development manager

Experience: 3 to 12 years

Package:Upto 4Lac + reimbursement

Work Location:Delhi,Gurgaon,Lucknow,Kanpur,Varanasi,Allahabad,Moradbad,Bareilly,Meerut,Jhasi

Key Responsibilities : You have to recruit agents/advisors. You have to train, motivate and get the business through them. Your Team of agents/advisors will on commission basis while you will be direct pay roll of company.

Desired profile: He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of 2yrs to 14 years in Sales, Marketing etc.

Must possess good communication skills.
