Roles & Responsibilities-:

-Supplying quality content in their stream.
-To track the challenges that appear on our Q&A
-Responsible for giving the solution to the query which will appear on the portal.
-Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.
-Maintaining and updating the daily tracker
-Support the client queries on a real-time basis.

Skills Required-:
-Preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in their respected subject of expertise.
-Knowledge of MS Office.
-Excellent Proficiency in English language.
-Exceptional mentorship abilities to implement technical solutions.
-Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert.
-Ability to identify & solve problems.
