Field Sales Officer

Kaam.com is hiring sales professionals to work out of the Delhi office situated in Saket (South Delhi). We require people with excellent communication skills and experience in hospitality would be preferable. Please note that this is a mid-level aspirational level job profile for youngsters who want to climb the ladder in realising their personal goals.

Responsibilities
• Make cold, prior appointment calls to potential hospitality partners in closing newer deals and getting them live on the online platform.
• Responsible for onboarding clients/ partners on the Kaam.com platform
• Understand customer needs/requirements and pitch suitable services
• Interact with clients/ partners for job requirements and make necessary client service and feedback calls.
• Be a link between client service, recruiters and clients to see that all are aligned together and on the same page

Requirement:
• Ability to empathise with clients/ partners, thus able to build relationships through conversations
• Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Proven expertise in converting leads into a business
• Experience working with CRM
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Should be from the Hospitality industry

Remuneration & Experience:
• 3 to 5 lacs p.a with a separate variable component
• Minimum 3 years experience within the food/ hospitality industry
• Max age should not be over 30 years
