Manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.

Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers

Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus

Excellent communication skills along with active listening.

Customer focused approach.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.

Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
