Field Service Technician

Designation : - Service –Technician / Engineers Job Profile :

1. Attending & & resolving the customer complaints.

2. Installation of machines.

3. Responsible for timely AMC renewal.

4. Follow up and collection of service payments (AMC, Spare parts).

5. Ensuring minimum escalations in his assigned area. 6. Training of machines to the customers.

7. Guide clients for site preparation.

8. Submission of weekly reports every week which includes activities of the week.(Weekly Report, Service Reports, Expense Sheets, Petrol sheets & Installation Report)

+. Responsible for sending the defective spares to factory on weekly basis.

10. Manage all on- site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

11. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

12. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.

13. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.

14. Should maintain excellent relations with all customers in the sites allocated to him.

15. Performs Preventive Maintenance at Client site.

16. Should plan service calls of customers according to priority.

17. Educate customers about routine maintenance. Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Technical education ITI/ Diploma, preferably in Electronics & Electrical field  1+ years proven field service experience  Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment  English literacy  Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules  Familiarity with mobile tools and applications  Willing to travel across PAN India.  Should be able to read basic technical drawings. Should have leadership quality.
