The company is a start-up engaged in the Manufacturing and sale of Gourmet Range of ready to eat popcorn, under the brand name Corn Troopers. (Food Product)
The candidate shall be required in the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM)/ Senior Sales Officer who will help us develop our market and engage with potential business clients. He/She shall be expected to cover Dehradun/Moradabad and then areas designated thereafter. More information upon request.
Designation - Area Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Officer
Area - Dehradun, East UP
Responsibilities and Duties
• Identifying and appointing new distributors with new customer potential.
• Ensuring proper coverage of the outlets in the area assigned to the distributor.
• Managing distributors' salesmen.
Shall form an efficient and effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal and external partners. He/she heads and coaches the Sales Team reporting to him/her.
• Ensuring FIFO in distributors' warehouse and outlets.
• Identifying the new business opportunities like product placement in gifting, events, tourist place, corporate etc.
• Suggesting and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.
• Lead from the front to drive and motivate his team of sales Officers, through regular sales contacts and On-The-Job training.
Qualifications and Skills
• A high degree of people management skills.
• Planning & analytical skills to handle complex situations.
• Taking the full responsibility for decisions and repercussions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and
• Clear commitment and vision to lead his team.
