Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities -  Design & prepare dashboards on Power BI  Strong understanding of database (EDW) and various data sources  Manage various MIS requests and set up of auto mailers on SSRS  Create data cuts as required by various stakeholders using EDW & Insurance Mart (Data tables)  Deliver on Insurance analytics as a practice and capability  Work with unstructured data and verification reports to identify patterns and gaps in the workflow process. Proposed and define adequate process controls to fix gaps if any  Manage the data infrastructure and delivery service MIS and analytic requirements  Liaise with the Insurance teams to understand service processes and complaints trigger  Generate reports and other MIS to track and measure impact of service initiatives. In parallel also identify opportunities for improving service and complaints requests.

Required Qualifications And Experience
•  Education qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate  Should have 3-4 years of prior experience in relevant roles, preferably in financial services  Must possess good analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills.  Should be able to understand and identify patterns from small sample set  Candidate should possess knowledge of Power BI, SQL, excel & access. Knowledge on analytical tools will be preferred  Strong analytical orientation (along with data manipulation experience)  Be familiar with the area of Insurance analytics  Ability to distill patterns in transactions and processes from data sets  Understand different kinds of insurance needs, analyze and build controls around workflows to aid insurance selling and penetration
