Headcount Requirement -50 for Premium English process / +0 For Domestic Hindi process

Skill Required:

Fluency in verbal English is a must for Premium Processes.

Fluent in Hindi language with an understanding of basic English for Domestic Hindi process.
Enthusiastic and willing to coordinate with customers through voice/non-voice.

Job Description:

To provide process based solutions to customer queries via calls or emails.
Conduct oneself as per the pre-determined quality parameters, achieve and enhance productivity, process and schedule adherence, customer satisfaction with statutory compliance.
Comfortable to work 6 days in a week in rotational shifts.
Must be compliant with rotational week offs.

Working Hours – +hrs/day (including 1-hour break).

Shift: Male – Between 7am to 11 pm // Female– Between 7am to 7 pm

Qualification – Graduate / Undergraduate.

Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

Salary Range:

Salary INR7000 to INR15000
Training Stipend- INR3000 to INR5000 in hand (For 30 Days – Class Room + OJT)
