Content Designer

DescriptionThis role will require creating of designs like infographics, graphics, PowerPoint presentations, SWAY documents , charts and maps for varied stakeholders within Koch. Candidate should be able to facilitate the delivery of information by translating complex information into information that users can easily read and understand. This includes multidisciplinary skills in graphic design, writing, instructional design, and user experience. The candidate should independently and seamlessly be able to execute traditional offline documents like advertisements, marketing collaterals, technical documentation. Should be adept in working on online documents like internal websites, SharePoint updates, product user interfaces, online help to match the description of business needs and requirements.The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, and a willingness to put the company's interest above all else. To be successful in this role, you should be a team player who is good in communication, both written & verbal and possess ability to collect necessary information, and articulate design requirements in tandem with the business needs. Candidate should also be detail oriented and should be able to analyse & seek the missing information and drive conversations with key stakeholders to understand the design requirements and outputs.What You Will Do In Your Role Responsible for meeting critical deadlines on marketing support materials to include layouts, copy formatting, table templates and form fieldsAdherence to brand standards and insights into branding guidelines,File preparation, end to end packaging of files for print production or web layouts and updates, photography edits, and image pathingDiligent use of Microsoft Teams and Excel to manage projects and timelinesPartner with Project Managers/ stakeholders across business to effectively plan for content and support materialsProactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assetsWork with tight deadlines and multiple proofing roundsThe Experience You Will Bring Requirements: Sound background in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent design-related fieldExperience as a graphic designer is preferredExpert experience in InDesign and a variety of design tools including, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator)Ability to work on a PC, Network and Databases.Koch is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace
