Full Job Description

Role of Customer Support Executive & Product Admin
• Review Details of the received Orders for mistakes and forward them to the next step.
• Resolve customer queries through email or phone.
• Upload Videos to our YouTube Channel for selected orders.
• Upload Music via our Android App for selected orders.
• Image and Text corrections on the Orders received if found to be wrong.

Primary Requirements
• Any Diploma or College UG Degree.
• Effectively communicate in English via email or phone call.
• Must have a Basic Laptop to read and reply to emails.
• Must be a resident of Chennai (Within 8 km of Anna Nagar preferred)
• Willing to work on weekends during peak season (April & November)

Secondary Requirements (Optional, but preferred)
• Effectively communicate in Hindi via email or phone call.
• Basic Photoshop and Image Editing Knowledge.
• Basic Social Media Knowledge.

Working Hours
• 10 AM & 8 PM from Monday to Saturday. (Work from Home)
• Sunday is Holiday.
