Responsibilities: Provides an overall vision of the program goals and objectives to the team members., The PMO provides in-house consultancy services to the project team on project related issues. Lay down detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team, and identifies the resources available., Identifies the roles and responsibilities of each member of the project team. Defines the specific deliverables due from each team member, at each stage of the project., Would need to coordinate with internal resources & cross functional teams. Qualifications

Qualifications: - Graduation in any stream & experience in managing projects in IT/ ITeS space. (Min. 12 Years) - Good client facing & internal communications skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Knowledge of Sutherland LE cycle and revenue recognition process. - Candidate must be patient, meticulous and logical in their approach to problems & situations - Effectively prioritize multiple activities and follow up on them to successful closure with minimum supervision - Ability to articulate complex situations effectively across various levels in the organization - Ability to positively influence cross-functional teams and lead as a servant-leader - Strong financial analysis skills., ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications
