The Role

This position will be responsible to formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy for the commercial properties within the Company’s India Commercial portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients.
• Conducting market research preparing reports of competitors and market benchmarks of products, rentals and occupancy cost.
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Carrying out substantive business development work to support manager to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management Business, Marketing.
• At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Effective interpersonal skills
