Title: Process trainer (BPO Training)Job Location: Mohali (Work From Office)Qualification: Minimum GraduationJoining: Looking for Immediate JoinersExperience: 1-2 Years of experience in BPO Process trainer.: Develop, Tweak and maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials.Excellent communication and presentation skillsThe candidate should have BPO/Call Centre technical process training backgroundConduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management)The candidate should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.Qualification: Minimum GraduationNote : This position is with one of the Leading BPOs at Mohali Location, not directly with VitalTech Solutions.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR400,000.00 - INR550,000.00 per yearSchedule:
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
