Key Accounts Manager

Job Description
• Shift Management & Manpower handling.
• Timely processing of all inbound & Outbound activities.
• Supervise the distribution flow.
• Supervise and monitor employee performance.
• Good communication & presentation skills.

Leadership ability.
• HR / IR / Finance regulation coordination with Central HR team.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Plan work rotation, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Maintains warehouse staff selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN / OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Able to place right indent as per company requirement.
• Identifying Non-Moving stock and reduce stocking of such items.
