Job Description
We are looking for someone who can join our team to build and grow the brand. We view this as a critical position for the long term success of AKISO.
You should be : -
• Passionate about customers - You need to be driven by the customer. As we continue to grow our business, each customer interaction is an opportunity to build a better understanding of the customer and help create products and services that constantly aim to surpass expectations.
• Excellent at written and verbal communication - From social media strategy, to product shoot and communication, this role is at the centre of everything we do in marketing.
• A data driven decision maker - You need to be great at gathering and analyzing data and chart action items based on these insights.
• A problem solver - Joining a young startup is synonymous with discovering new problems everyday. You should be someone who can deep dive into a problem and find a solution that is simple and easy to implement.
• Someone who gets things done!
Education and Experience Requirements : -
• Bachelor’s degree - any stream. Post graduation will be an advantage.
• One to three years of experience in managing social media, basic understanding of marketing.
Job Responsibilities : -
• Strategize and create all marketing campaigns for the brand on social media, new launches, website etc.
• Lead content ideation and creation across channels and platforms
• Engage with influencers, celeb stylists for product placement
• Increase online and offline presence by identifying new platforms to list products, exhibition, trade shows and forums
• Create a single source of truth for all customer data, insights, build hypotheses and run experiments. Track success of experiments to scale positive outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
