Atal Incubation Centre- BIMTECH (AIC-BIMTECH) is a sector-agnostic business incubator located in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR), which aims to create economic and social impact through entrepreneurship. AIC- BIMTECH is one of a kind academia-industrygovernment partnership, driven by Atal Innovation Mission (which comes under Niti Aayog) to create high-class incubation facilities with suitable infrastructure in terms of capital equipment and operating facilities. We have been operational since January 2018, and over the course of our journey, we have supported 170+ Startups across the country, and created +0+ partnerships, both nationally and internationally.

Job Description
• Manage digital marketing campaign over various social platformsDeveloping content for blogs, articles, Social Media, and website.
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Proactively engaging with our Startups on Social Media accounts.
• Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Editing and refining existing content to improve readability.
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website and other social platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement

Requirements
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
• An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Benefits

Salary: INR 20,000-25,000 per month + other bonus, if applicable
