IBroad 7 Communication Pvt. Ltd., India’s largest full service Radio agency. We are the pioneers for radio in India and we work with close to 300+ brands nationally. We are headquartered in Noida and have offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Kolkata. We help clients with buying media across all radio stations. We also have 2 recording studios where we make clutter-breaking radio spots/ads.

Position- Telesales Executive

Job Location- Noida, Mumbai & Bangalore

Total Exp.- 1-4 Years

Salary- As per best industry practice

Qualification- Graduation

About Role-

We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales over the phone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.

Job Responsibilities-
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to services.
• Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new services.
• Answering customers' questions on the services.
