Job Description:

Skills & Experience required
• Minimum 7/8 years IT - Risk and Control expereince
• Proficient with using Excel, Macros and powerpoint
• Being able to follow/implement defined process
• Good communication skills, be able to talk to a variety of stakeholders include senior people
• Be able to project manage mini IT risk and control projects
• Be able to provide suggestions/ improvement on MI reporting
• Basic knowledge of Jira/Confluence a distinct advantage(imports, updating records etc.)

Responsible for
• Production of monthly reporting packs
• Supporting the monthly cycle of risk reporting within the IT Service Lines from notifying risk owners that updates have been posted to reporting on and following up risks that have not been updated to circulating extracts from risk systems for risks that are about to go overdue.
• Obtaining the latest position of solutions and fixes from CTB contact for the system that lie within the IT Service Lines and also from Central ITID / Service Management / Cyber Security teams.
• Provision of IT Risk and Audit related information to the business / IT Security other inte

al departments when requested.
• Reporting on common themes / problems within on-going Risk programmes.
• Oversight and maintenance of departmental systems used to track current risk position for the IT Asset classes including Excel spreadsheets, Sharepoint sites and Jira risk tracking.
• Providing suggestions as to how to improve the current Risk tracking and management processes.
• Act as a point of contact for Risk owners / Project & Programme managers for initial questions regarding where to find risk guidance documentation.
• Design, implement and manage spreadsheets for the collection of specific risk data to support one off risk programmes.
• Assist with the implementation and management of Jira for collection of specific risk data to support one off risk programmes.
• Maintenance of risk static data such as list of systems within the department and day to day contacts for such systems.
• Answering specific queries received relating to status of each IT Asset Class for Companywide risk programmes
• Policing and ensuring that Risk Owners are storing risk information in the relevant places.
• Attending status meetings covering the review of IT Risk, ISR and Audit issues.
• Assisting with building up guidance links for relevant policies and guidance covering IT risk, IT Security and Audit issues.
