Designation: Resident Facility Manager (RFM)
 Location: Delhi NCR (can be posted elsewhere as per company requirements)
 Compensation: Fixed Salary (Monthly) + Performance Bonus (Half-Yearly) + Paid Accommodation & Food
 Duty Timings: In-house property manager role (throughout with peak hours and off-peak hours during day)
 Rotation Opportunity: Company-level role (not just one property); opportunity given to shift across properties
 Leave Policy : To be availed periodically (not a weekly off format)
 Growth: Opportunity to grow over time, with extra responsibilities, cluster management and supervisory roles
 Major Responsibilities:
 Property Management (act as the assigned property’s in-charge and POC for all matters related to it)
 Housekeeping Supervision (roaster management, materials oversight, quality control)
 Repairs & Maintenance Facilitation (property audits, issue escalation, assist with closure)
 F&B Oversight (quality checks, presentation vendor management)
 Business Support (assist with rent collections, resident move-in & move-out management, etc)
 Sales Visits Facilitation (assisting clients with property visits to maximize sales)
 Tenant Management (ensuring pleasant resident experience, stay guidelines and issue-handling
