Job brief: - We are looking for Admin mis Executive for Faridabad location. - Experience - 2 to 5 years. - Minimum qualification required as graduate. - English Communication Mandatory Responsibilities: - Excellent in MS Office (Advance Excel & Word). - Perfect in English Communication (Verbal/Written). - Site Expense update as per coordination with the Site Supervisors and other site employee and submit the report for the same to the management on the daily basis. - Resolution of any query related to site. - Maintain Day book - Letter drafting as per sir instruction. - Preparation of the purchase order/quotation to the vendors and to deal with them regarding material purchase. - Complete Working on MS- word & Excel - Other duties as assign by MD.
