We are looking for a new colleague in the Materials Management department at our location in Coimbatore, India supporting Passau, Germany.

Your Tasks:
• Analysis of volume and cost forecasts based on the automated data model to be developed by means of MS PowerBI, MS Sharepoint 365 and MS Power Automate
• Data Modeling: Understanding and supporting on the further development of a global data model for purchasing data as well their dependencies regarding budget, market price development, and volatility
• Based on the above Data generated, KPI and performance concepts need to be developed, e.g. VAVE (value-oriented purchasing)
• Preparation of analyses, evaluations, and decision recommendations based on the data and information from Group reporting/Group planning of the Purchasing department
• Develop & consolidate Global training documents of Materials Management for the Industrial Division – area of purchasing performance/ reporting/ processes and the implementation of training courses
• Acting as a contact person for internal customers and employees in all matters relating to the area of responsibility of the manager
• Support the purchasing manager in organizational and administrative tasks
• Support the supervisor and the management team in the operative business as well as in strategic and organizational projects, preparation of data and creation of presentations, assistance function in projects

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy
• High affinity in dealing with numbers, data management, creation of evaluations
• Experience in MS Power Plattform (PowerBI, PowerApps & Power Automate)
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Sharepoint)
• High-level Fluency in English (Mandatory)
• Strong social skills in the form of communication and negotiation skills
• International exposure - Should be able to communicate and understand
