1. Scope of the role

To assist customers in the sales process and ensure targets are met every month.

2. Job Profile

Ø Targets to be delivered every month

Ø Cross-sell products

Ø Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

Ø Greet and direct customers

Ø To provide Excellent Customer Service.

Ø Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

3. Key Deliverables

Ø Generate sales leads to complete your targets

Ø Build good rapport with the customers

Ø should have Good product Knowledge

Ø Flexible and Adaptable

4. The right person

Ø Any Degree with 1 – 3 years of experience in retail sales.

Ø Should be good at People, process and Product management.

Ø Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role

Ø Good communication skills in Tamil English

Ø Should be a team player

5.Salary

Based on experience. Preferably Jewellery background/Other Retail sales experience.
