• Be available to answer customer service calls +am-5pm to help customers with common problems
• Monitor transaction portal and review transactions from first time customers and guests
• Monitor, enter and update gift orders
• Provide recommendations to product team on how website and services can be improved based on feedback from customers
• Meet service level targets for responsiveness and customer satisfaction
• Delight customers and ensure that they keep transacting on Oxigen
