Roles and Responsibilities :

Overall Objective :

To ensure timely execution of the investigations & their report dispatching

1. To receive the patients (OPD/IPD) coming for USG, keep their prescriptions in order and instruct them accordingly to wait or have fluids, as the case may be

2. To prepare the printed reports of patients for USG, X-ray, CT-scan, Mammography, PFT & Doppler after entering in the HIS as per instructions of the Consultant

3. To keep records of all obstetrical scans as per PNDT guidelines

4. To keep the AMC/PMC/Warranty/Breakdown record of equipments at your workplace & inform the same to Operations/Maintenance Manager in case of any problem

5. To keep adequate stock of all the materials required at your workplace at all times

6. To send the monthly census of the investigations & other data (as per instructions) to Front Office Manager / Quality Deptt.

7. To maintain required registers at your workplace

Administrative Responsibilities:

8. Responsible for the general upkeep of your department

+. To maintain interpersonal relations with the concerned departments for smoother flow of work

10. To display warmth & care while interacting with customers/patients

11. Familiarity with all instruction manuals & guidelines at your workplace applicable to your role

12. To keep Front Office Manager informed of significant customer related incidents in the department.
