About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling campus engagement and recruitment drives

2. Handling lateral hiring - job posting, application screening, interview scheduling

3. Maintaining personnel records

4. Managing new employee induction, training coordination

5. Obtaining consultants, freelancers, and temporary staff if and when needed

6. Coordinating key team meetings

7. Ensuring day-to-day smooth functioning of the office and taking care of ad-hoc tasks such as travel arrangements, bill payments, etc.
