A reputed MNC is hiring Network Engineer in Patna,Bihar

Exp:L1 level 2+years

Qualification:BE/Btech/MCA/MSC-IT

NP:Immed to 15 days

JD:

Typically monitor and manage IT Infrastructure at client locations and central site.

Resolving escalated IT Infrastructure related problems in coordination with Central team.

Monitor alerts from Network Devices

Receive alerts, identify a fault, assign severity, local problem cause and follow troubleshooting procedures.

Fault management with service providers: fault registration, trouble ticket initiation, follow up problems till resolution and escalation based on timelines and responses

Trained to perform basic troubleshooting for IT Infrastructure issues.
