Customer Relations Executive

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Customer Relationship Executive to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Experienced in online bidding through Upwork, Freelancer, Elance, Fiverr and other remote bidding portals.
• Strong negotiating skills when purchasing and selling any services or products.

Key Requirements
• You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT/ Software industry.
