Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor degree of agriculture/MBA Agribusiness Management/ Rural Marketing/ PGDRM or equivalent with a 7-8 Year work experiences.

About US: Shakti Agritech Research & Development (SAFAL), a development organisation working since 1+80 for promotion of sustainable livelihoods. It's headquartered at Bhopal Madhya Pradesh) and works with more than 60,000 rural holds in 3 states covering 75 districts and 715 villages.

SAFAL was promoted by development professionals with a sole aim to work on Natural Resource Management and enhance farm based income.

SAFAL went through rigorous selection process of SFAC and was successful in earning trust of SFAC for promotion of FPOs.
SFAC allocated work for promotion and nurturing of 50 FPOs in 50 blocks of three states namely :
MP and UP.

We are Cluster based business organization (CBBOs) for promotion and development of FPOs, under the central sector scheme of 1000 FPOs promotion.

Formation of producer groups and hence federating them in a producer company has been introduced as a key strategy for collective marketing of the produce.

Under the project Farmer Producer Companies (FPC) have been constituted at Block/ District level with an aim to promote collective inputs procurement to benefit producers associated.
Current position of Marketing Manager

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• To achieve the target as per business plan develop by the company
• Develop strategic marketing linkage for undertaking business function and marketing.
• Ensure timely supply of inputs to the members of the producer company.
• Manage the sale of agri and allied produce in profitable markets through management of procurement and other logistic function.
• Identify potential cluster for procurement of agri produce and ensure sale through establishment of profitable linkages.
• Support in establishment and management of rural business hubs and livestock service centers under the producer company.
• Have working relation with buyers & producers and others business communities like processor, packagers and retailers, corporate houses, traders, inputs suppliers, govt. officials, etc. in the interest of the producer company and to conduct any such function which shall help in business expansion and development of the producer company.
• Business development and ensure profitability for the producers.
• Perform administrative act of a routine nature including managing the day to day affairs of the producer company in the absence of CEO.

Other Requirements :
• The MM Must be able to read, write and speak proficiently in Hindi & English.
• The Candidate must have basic computer Knowledge and must be able to respond to email, have basic internet knowledge and be adept at M.S office
• The candidate must be able to multi task and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
• The candidate must be passionate, energetic and have a strong willingness to work for the community.
