Job role -Sr. Chatbot Developer

Exp - 6 +

Location - Pune

• Degree in Computer science /IT or equivalent

• Must have strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures and design patterns

• 6+ years of experience in IT industry with strong background in Chatbot using IBM Watson, Rest/Soap APIs, Database (SQL), Azure AD, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Programming languages (Java/ Python preferred)

• This is a 100% Hands-on role which needs solid past experience in building the chatbot workflows using IBM Watson Chatbot service and using IBM Watson Discovery. “Do NOT apply if you’re not fully hands-on in E2E Chatbot implementation”

• Must have experience in managing the infrastructure of chatbot which includes Docker, VSI Machines, Mongo DB

• This is a stakeholder facing role demanding effective communication skills, and ability to provide regular technical demos to stakeholders throughout Process discovery, POCs, and project implementation phases as needed

• Must be able to provide accurate development estimation on the new requirements, well-versed with all phases of Chatbot development, well experienced in troubleshooting chatbot issues, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels like Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Web Application & Windows based applications as well as in integrating chatbot across applications.

• Should be experienced in maintenance and support of already developed chatbot/workflows, continuously monitor performance, create effective Test Plan/Test framework for improved quality, define strategy for service improvement, re-training of chatbot as needed, and prepare usage metrics report

• Use Artificial Intelligence, NLP technologies, and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applications

• Experience on developing the forms in HCL Leap application is highly desirable along with deploying the HCL Leap application packages

• Well versed in API tools/technologies and related topics: REST, API Gateways, API authentication, Postman, and Collection Runner

• Should be a self-starter with excellent presentation skills, analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking skills. Should be flexible with an attitude to quickly learn & deliver on new technologies in other areas of Automation in general

• Must have basic knowledge of using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, BitBucket and ServiceNow as well as Agile/DevOps

• Good to have knowledge / Experience in RPA using UiPath
