Job description: At Design Skills Academy, students and faculties communicate and collaborate with one another to enhance their skills and knowledge. Our course curriculum is focused on increasing exposure and promoting experimentation. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication, and good convincing skills.

Key responsibilities:

1. Write detailed follow-up notes for business reporting

2. Explain the customers - based on courses/seminars, other offers/benefits promoting the courses, seminars, workshops, and training programs

3. Work on customer follow-up, and feedback - emails/phones (effective communication channel)

4. Maintain register for the same (Excel sheet)

5. Prepare a list of calls made daily and send the same to reporting manager

6. Identify prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings

7. Call prospective customers/candidates by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies

8. Influence students to take admission for courses by following a prepared talk to give service and product information and fees

+. Complete the Excel sheet by recording names, addresses, email ids, and interesting areas/courses or services

10. Secure information by completing database backups

11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

12. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes

13. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

1. Candidate should be results-driven, persistent, time management, telephone sales, and customer service

2. Should be able to explain our products to customer needs

3. Should have prospecting skills, motivation for sales, and the ability to handle rejection

4. Should show professionalism and have product knowledge

5. Any graduates with fluent English, Hindi & Marathi language (spoken and written)

6. Computer literate and experienced in database navigation

7. Knowledge of animation & film making is an advantage

8. Mature attitude with the capability to convert the tele-inquiries into walk-ins
