UX|UI Designer

Job Description
• Conceptualize design language to be used in digital products for both web and mobile platforms.
• Convert UX wireframes to design prototypes and full-fledged designs including site navigation & layout of content.
• Work directly with clients, project managers, UX designers, front-end developers, and back-end developers to coordinate the on-time delivery of the digital products.
• Ensure latest UX/UI trends are reflected in designs and industry standards are followed.
• Coach and mentor designers & assist them with their work.
• Participate in planning activities.

Skills & Experience:
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator or Sketch for designing web & mobile interfaces.
• Well-versed with design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, Figma, Adobe XD, and or other
• Prototyping tools. Should be hands-on in above tools.
• Deep understanding of UI principles, grid systems, frameworks, color theory and typography.
• Understanding to design elegant and user-centered web pages/applications, mobile apps
• Design/Transition experiences from one platform/device to another (Android, iOS Web, etc.)
• Communicate effectively design solutions to key stakeholders in the process to ensure products meet the usability
• standards. Creative thinking with immense attention to visual detail.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and content strategists to oversee the user interface of
• products from conception until launch and beyond.
• Present work with confidence and make self-driven design decisions incorporating best practices
• The innovation-driven mindset to think and create something out of the box
• Ability to lead a small team and projects independently.
• Self-motivated, energetic, persistent and self-learner
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Morning shift

Experience:
