As a Customer Care Executive, you will serve as the crucial link between the consumer and our business

Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers
Help resolve customer complaints
Assist customers with billing inquiries and payments\Provide technical support like order placement/website navigation
Answer product questions/Make product recommendations
Communicates any problems or issues to management for resolution

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
