position Title: Customer Success Associate

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Australian customers

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to client requests for information including smoke alarm quote, compliance status, invoice requests, inspection status updates.

Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislations in various states and territories.

Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.

Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of new property lists.

Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client and technician work orders.

Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client invoices.

ELIGIBILITY:

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

WORK CULTURE:

Work from office.

5 days a week with 2 rotational off

Rotational Shifts (Australian Timings)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Mode: WFO Only

Shifts: +hrs (As per Roster)

Working Days: 5 Days Working 2 Rotational Week Offs
