Information Technology Recruiter

Croquet Ventures is actively seeking to fill multiple Technical Recruiter positions working ON-SITE at our Gurugram location in the NIGHT SHIFT (US process). In this role, you will be able to join our team, helping to source top talent all over the world!

Responsibilities for the Senior Technical Recruiter includes:
• Consult and advise the leadership team by developing and implementing new recruitment strategies to identify and source candidates in a competitive market
• Actively source, screen, interview, evaluate, and lockdown candidates for a variety of technical roles
• Expand and maintain a strong proactive candidate pipeline through job board mining, internet sourcing, networking, and referrals
• Maintain relationships with candidates by providing prompt feedback, consistent updates, and full transparency with the candidate
• Track recruiting metrics to document progress and highlight areas for improvement to improve overall recruiting efficiency
• Actively collaborate with other recruiters to cultivate an environment of continuous growth and learning

Qualifications for the Senior Technical Sourcer include:
• 2+ years of prior IT or technical recruiting experience in US market
• Candidate must be aware of all employment visa types in US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
