Ecommerce Manager

Job Summary:

An E-Commerce Manager in charge of operations & maintenance of the brand's clothing online store, with capability of editing all types of images, designing catalogues, banners and other graphical services.

Job Location:

Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the brand's eCommerce portal on Shopify.
• Strategically plan product collections, pages, images based on inventory needs.
• Ensure smooth execution of any order placed ( Ship, track, process orders, reconcile inventory, process returns or exchanges, track refunds, manage returns, return logistics, and file claims with shipment companies for shipping errors etc.)
• Respond to customer concerns and questions (Handle phone, chat, and email-based support)
• Editing/ Designing all types of images for product listing, designing banners for website.
• Collaborate with marketing team to sync brand-wide strategies by utilising the most productive content and exposing the highest conversion drivers.
• Come up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.
• Analyse data from different sources to understand business potential of different categories on eCommerce Channels.
• Use business intelligence tools to uncover strategic insights and make key decisions for business growth.
• Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
• Provide support in other areas like Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, In-house photoshoots.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience of ecommerce operations of a clothing brand.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.
• Software Skills : Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva.
• Passionate about the apparel industry and willing to go the extra mile for the company.
• Knowledge about Facebook/Instagram Ads will be added advantage
