Hi,

@accentmediaagency is hiring Employees for the position of Human Resource Manager to join our team.

DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Job Type: Full-Time (Work from office)
2. location: Vijay Nagar Indore (Mahalaxmi Nagar)
3. Working Days: (Monday to Saturday)
4. Compensation: Salary range (10-15k per Month)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Some Experience required/Freshers can also apply
2. Good excel knowledge
3. Must be fluent in English (Good communication)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handling complete HR activities along with Recruitment.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
3. Develop and implement HR strategy and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
4. Report to the management and provide HR support
5. Leave management, Attendance tracker
6. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
