Looking for Sales Managers/Business Managers who can build, manage, run large sales teams, and are eager to earn huge incentives. Industry: Interior Designing

● Proven ability to motivate, train, manage and enable the team to develop business.

● Proven sales track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

● Can formulate strategies to expand customer base and generate new business.

● Ownership to achieve benchmark numbers.

● Exceptional communication skills.

● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

● Ability to utilize insights from data and consistently improve performance.

● Smart business acumen, to inculcate team discipline.

● Ability to do market research and find your own USPs.

● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

2. Knowledge of Interior Designing and Architecture Industry is a plus

3. Team handling experience is a must
