Ability to manage digital projects, remote teams and optimize systems of a business

Develop Quarter million enrollment of unique supplies of freelancers/population along with partners across geography through distribution channels

Plan and Ensure engagement of enrolled population

Generate demands through enrolled population for products and services

Manage demand partner expectations with day-to-day reporting and explanation of requirements of analysis, specification, design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis

Team handling profile in the past

Target orientation & consistent performance in the past

Create execution plans in alignment with business objectives

Report on business results

Forecast quarterly and annual profits

Identify hiring needs, select and train new business partners

Prepare and review the regional budget
