Job Description: Customer Service Associate (Outbound Process)

Skills Required:
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Having the knowledge to solve problems of customer
• Ready to work from the office
• Shift: 10 am to 7 pm

Duties and responsibilities:

· Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity

· Maintain and update customer documentation as needed

· Provide excellent customer service to improve business service

· Identify the needs of customers.
