Essential Requirement - 4 Years experience in Java Development

Desirable Requirement -

Working experience for government clients
Knowledge of CMMi Level 4 and the above framework
Experience working in an Open Source product suite.
Knowledge of Application Deployment in I.I.S/Tomcat
Technology Benchmarking experience
Functional and Regression / integration testing
Knowledge of Agile/scrum

Deliverables -

Hand on experience in designing and developing applications using Java/J2EE
technology
Understanding of OOPS Concepts thoroughly
Profound insight of Java and J2EE internals (Class loading, Memory Management,
Transaction management, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of relational databases, Oracle, MYSQL, SQL, and ORM
technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Experience in Spring /Hibernate/Angular JS framework is a must
Experience in developing Web Applications using popular web frameworks such as
Struts, and Spring MVC.
Knowledge of responsive UI frameworks like Boot step along with design using HTML5,
CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
Experience with the latest IDE like Eclipse IDE / Net beans etc.
Should have sound knowledge of Build methodologies like Maven Ant etc
