• Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting Skills
• Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365 Applications like Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Network Troubleshooting Skills
• Computer/Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting Skills
• Should know the concepts of TCP/IP, IPV4, DNS, DHCP, VPN,
• Office 365 Administration skills would be advantage
• Maintain system efficiency
• Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
• Make recommendations for upgrades
• Evaluate and modify system performance
