HireKul is a staffing & recruitment firm, specialising in IT hiring for permanent and contractual roles in various industries like fintech, ecommerce, insurance, marketing & advertisement, business intelligence & analytical etc. Our clients are primarily based in the US, we hire for the US & Canada region.

We are hiring for our team of recruiters in Noida, India. We are looking for fresher who will be trained on the sourcing and recruitment. We are looking to interview those with an interest in making their career into US Recruitment. This is a night-shift job (US Eastern shift).

Requirements
• Must be a graduate preferably in IT/Computer Science or Human Resources
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong will to make their career into recruitment industry
• Sharp and quick learner
• Great negotiation and convincing skills
• Open to learning new things
